Santa Rosália is a bakery chain founded in 1974. A well-established brand in the Sorocaba region, Santa Rosália entrusts its 360º communication management to Paper.

Challenge

Santa Rosália aimed to significantly increase its connection with a younger audience, recognizing a great potential within this demographic and seeking to reach them both in-store and through digital channels.

Solution

We developed the "Doces do Zodíaco" ("Zodiac Sweets") campaign, associating a unique bakery recipe from Santa Rosália with the characteristics of each zodiac sign.

Over the course of 12 months, we highlighted the treat associated with the current zodiac sign through an integrated campaign across points of sale, social media, and delivery apps.

Result

The Zodiac Sweets campaign led to an average increase of 46% in sales of the selected products compared to the period before the campaign launch.
