With over 30 years in the market, 7 branches, and a 14,000 m² factory, Compass Containers is a reference in the rental and sale of customized shipping containers for various needs.

Challenge

Their vast scale needed to be reflected in their communication. Our challenge was to clearly and consistently convey this magnitude and innovation across all touchpoints, creating a comprehensive journey—from strategic planning to audiovisual content.

Our Approach

1. Strategic Planning

Every major transformation starts with a solid strategy. We began the project by mapping Compass’s objectives, target audience, market opportunities, and how the brand should position itself across different communication channels. This planning laid the foundation for all the changes we implemented across the board.

What we did:  We conducted an in-depth analysis of Compass's market positioning and developed a strategic roadmap to achieve the brand's goals.

2. Visual Identity Evolution

The visual identity was refined to reflect Compass’s core values—innovation and trust. From printed materials to all brand touchpoints, everything underwent a transformation to ensure a consistent and modern communication strategy.

•   What we did: We redesigned the brand’s visual identity, modernizing graphic design and applying it across both digital and physical platforms.
•    Highlight: A new set of promotional materials that embodied this new identity.

3. Authentic Social Media

Compass’s social media presence needed to reflect the company’s new phase and become a true engagement channel with its audience. We achieved this through strategic management, creating content that not only informs but also fosters connection and interaction with a more humanized brand approach.

•    What we did: We developed a new communication style for social media, increasing engagement with visually appealing posts and clear messaging.
•    Result: A significant increase in engagement and brand visibility across social media platforms.

4. Purpose-Driven Audiovisual Content

With the brand’s new positioning, we closely followed Compass Containers' daily operations, documenting its journey through videos that capture the essence of the company in various moments—inside the factory, during project deliveries, and at major trade shows and events.

•    What we did: We produced videos focused on telling Compass’s story, translating its essence, and showcasing its real impact in the market.
•    Result: Content that fosters identification and trust, connecting the audience to Compass’s true identity.

5. New Website: A Digital Experience

Compass’s website also underwent a major transformation, redesigned to reflect its new branding phase. We created a seamless and functional experience, focusing on usability and user experience, aligned with the updated visual identity.

•    What we did: We developed a new website with smooth and optimized navigation, highlighting the brand’s key messages and products.
•    Result: A modern and efficient digital experience that increased user session time and the number of inquiries received through the website.
A Complete Transformation
Compass’s journey with Paper was designed from end to end. This is the Paper approach: from strategic planning to audiovisual production. The transformation was comprehensive and successfully reflected the brand's new values, consolidating Compass as an innovative company connected to the future and its audience.
